Our Process

Share Your Vision

Start by sharing your remodel ideas via our easy-to-use inquiry for. Whether you have a Pinterest board or just a few ideas jotted down we want to hear your vision.

Walkthrough + Consultation


Once we’ve reviewed your inquiry, we’ll schedule a visit to discuss the details of your vison. This allows us to provide accurate estimates based on your goals. Walkthroughs are a $50 fee and are applied toward your final invoice when you hire us.

Detailed Estimate & Retainer

After the walkthrough, we’ll send a detailed estimate to your email. Once accepted, a 30% retainer fee will be collected to secure your place on our schedule, you’ll also be provided with the start date for your project.

Pricing & Scheduling

When we deliver, it’s not just a finished product—it’s a solution you can trust, backed by real care and effort. We believe in full transparency when it comes to pricing and scheduling.
We charge a 25% markup on materials if we are handling the purchasing and delivery. You are welcome to provide your own materials. Any changes made to the original scope of work will require a change order with a retainer fee of 30% before changes are made.
